Refund Policy

Please note: Due to the nature of the tournament and the potential for unexpected circumstances, all refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


General Refund Policy:

(a) No full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

(b) Partial refunds may be considered in specific situations, as outlined below.

(c) The Tournament Director has final say in all refund decisions.


Tournament Cancellation

Full cancellation: If the entire tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., “Act of God”), a 75% refund of the registration fee will be issued.


Partial cancellation:

If part of the tournament is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. This includes cancellation of playoff or championship games.

Team withdrawal:

Teams withdrawing with in 7 days of the tournament start date will not be refunded.

Team removal:

Teams removed from the tournament due to illegal player usage or unacceptable behavior will forfeit all registration fees.


Other Situation

(a) No refunds will be issued for individual games or rounds that are canceled or rescheduled.

(b) The Tournament is not responsible for any expenses incurred by teams, clubs, or organizations due to tournament cancellation or modification.


Important Notes

(a) All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director within 7 days of the tournament cancellation or team withdrawal/removal.
(b) Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written request, subject to approval.

(c) The Tournament reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, with updates posted on the official website.
